CR Payroll was established to provide professional, cost effective payroll management solutions for contractors through Calleo, ensuring the highest level of customers service throughout their contracting lifecycle.
CR Payroll offers an Essentials, Premium and Platinum package for contractors going through Calleo.
CR Payroll’s Essentials package has no ongoing, signup or exit fees for Calleo contractors. For contractors on a pay rate of $85.00 an hour or under, we offer fortnightly pay cycle at no fee. Fortnightly pay for all contractors can be accessed under our premium package (fees apply).
CR Payroll pays all contractors with 5 business days of receiving approved timesheet at the end of the month.
CR Payroll will process your timesheets, calculate your salary and essential deductions for income tax and superannuation, and transfer your net pay to your nominated bank each period.
CR Payroll provides insurances to an appropriate level (up to $10 million) for both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance. In partnership with Calleo, all contractors of CR Payroll are covered for Workers Compensation insurance for the duration of their Calleo assignment.
Your minimum required compulsory employer superannuation, currently 9.5% of your gross income, will be deducted from your salary before PAYG is calculated, and remitted to your chosen super fund quarterly. CR Payroll’s default fund is Australian Super.
You may opt to salary package additional contributions up to your allowable annual limit. These additional salaries packaged contributions are deducted from your gross salary before PAYG is calculated and can provide you with significant tax savings.
Because you are an employee, you will receive a PAYG Payment Summary at the end of each financial year to cover your contracting income.
1.5 % flat fee for up to two of the following options.
The Premium package includes all services offered in the Essentials package, with the addition of up to two of the services listed below.
3 % flat fee for up to four of the following options.
The Platinum package includes all services offered in the Essentials package, with the addition of up to four of the services listed below.
One salary sacrificed expense reimbursement per FBT year for FBT exempt items used predominately for business purposes (laptop, iPad, mobile phone).
Fortnightly pay, for all contractors paid each second Thursday (as per Fortnightly Pay Schedule).
If you would like your superannuation contributions to be paid monthly.
If you incur work related expenses during the delivery of your contract and want regular deductions to benefit your personal cash flow, other deductibles might be the choice for you.
Split your pay across multiple bank accounts (up to 3 accounts).
You can lease a vehicle through our partnered provider Alliance Leasing.
